Meet Paige
For so long, I believed if I didn’t leave a workout dripping in sweat, it didn’t “count”. I tried every workout in the book, and never saw or felt much change in my body. Once I learned about low impact exercise like Pilates, however, I felt my body settle into itself. I felt my attitude towards exercise change. I no longer felt the stress of “OMG how/when/where am I going to get my workout in today?!” – it all feels so much more fluid and comes from a place of ease. Plus, once I let go of the stress of forcing my exercise, my body changed. I am leaner, stronger and more mobile than I ever have been.
The details
Paige became a Certified Personal Trainer via NASM in 2018. In 2019, Paige trained to become a Classical Pilates instructor in NYC at Core Pilates NYC. Paige has been teaching Reformer Pilates since 2024, after receiving her certification from Balanced by Dina, on Long Island.
Paige lives in Babylon with her husband and 3-year old daughter, Caroline.
