These workouts are all about helping you feel amazing with Paige's blend of classical pilates, yoga and strength training.
With these low impact exercises, you’ll build core strength, improve your mobility, and sculpt your entire body.
Class durations range from 10 minutes to 50 minutes, so you have a workout to fit your schedule
Some props are utilized (think magic circle, ball, ankle weights, etc), but every class can be modified to use your own body weight. No equipment needed!
